Sales Representative

Role Description

This is an internship hybrid role for a Sales Representative at CP Office Solution Inc. The Sales Representative will be responsible for securing data, controlling costs, and improving productivity by providing customers with copiers, printers, and document solutions. The role is located in Markham, ON, with the flexibility to work from home. Paid by base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Experience with cost analysis and budget management.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  7. Previous sales experience is a plus.

Technician

Role Description

  1. Professionally represent the company as responsive, reliable, and customer-oriented.
  2. Technically proficient, cost effective and timely service of the Fujifilm, Xerox (or Konica Minolta) High Volume Production Press.
  3. Install, service, and troubleshoot all copier, printing, and scanning issues of all production systems.
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and fellow employees.
  5. Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining the minimum calls per day, response time, and other core performance metric averages.
  6. Establishes an up-to-date file of service manuals, part books, and other service literature using the issued laptop and develops familiarity with contents.
  7. Maintain tool kit, supplies, and accurate inventory for assigned territory.
  8. Seek opportunities to improve territory parts budget and inventory control.
  9. Assist other technicians as needed with more complex service calls.
  10. Provides sales support as required (i.e. advising sales on problems as accounts, service leads).
  11. Installs multiple protocol and/or multiple network operating systems in conjunction with software based solutions.
  12. Accurate and timely completion of invoices and expense reports.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required. Technical School training preferred.
  2. 1-2 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
  3. A+ and Net+ certification or equivalent experience.
  4. Demonstrated electro-mechanical, digital electronic, and PC expertise.
  5. Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).
  6. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for vehicle allowance program.
  7. Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.
  8. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
  10. Ability to be work independently with very little supervision.
